200.1 WHAT EVERY PATIENT IS OWED

200.2 DURING TEACHING
Patients should never feel ignored or excluded because teaching is taking place. Staff should explain procedures in a way that keeps the patient comfortable and involved, and should invite the patient's questions rather than talking over them.
200.3 CONFIDENTIALITY
Patient information is confidential. Staff must not disclose medical conditions, treatment details, personal information, or ongoing investigations unless it is required for patient care or is part of authorized roleplay.
