307 - Teaching New Roleplayers
307.1 A PRIMARY GOAL
One of Hartwell General's primary goals is welcoming new medical roleplayers. Nobody is expected to arrive knowing hospital procedure, medical vocabulary, or how the hospital runs its scenes.
307.2 STANDARD
Senior staff should:
- Be patient.
- Answer questions.
- Explain medical terminology.
- Encourage learning.
- Offer constructive guidance.
- Correct mistakes respectfully.
Every experienced roleplayer was once a beginner.
